Shelley Sikora is a cookbook author and co-owner (with her husband, Bob) of Bobby McGee’s, a restaurant chain of 24 full-service restaurants covering eight states and franchised in Australia. In addition, Shelley and her husband launched a new restaurant in September 2005 called Bobby Q: Great Steaks and Real BBQ, located in Phoenix, Arizona. Among many of their other successful concepts was Juice Works, a smoothie franchise, which they eventually sold to TCBY.

Prior to joining her husband in the restaurant business, Shelley spent more than 10 years in the broadcasting industry, primarily in sales management of radio stations.

Shelley is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) and is one of the 34 chefs chosen to appear in the IACP cookbook, For the Love of Food.
